Konecta Foundation and Fundación Aon España (FAE) have signed a corporate collaboration agreement as part of the various initiatives and lines of action they have jointly promoted for nearly 20 years.
This partnership aims to support the Konecta Foundation in organizing the 18th edition of its Charity Padel Tournament. The proceeds from this initiative will be directed toward supporting Fundación Bertín Osborne, specifically its +Family project.
+Family is a comprehensive and free service that provides support and assistance to families of people with disabilities. It includes a dedicated mobile app, a telephone support line, and in-person workshops.
Pedro Tomey Gómez, General Director of FAE, highlighted that “we have always greatly valued our collaboration with Konecta Foundation. We have been strategic partners in various social projects since its inception, and it is gratifying to see how, year after year, our joint efforts have benefited numerous vulnerable and at-risk groups.”
Graciela de La Morena, Director of Konecta Foundation, expressed gratitude: “We deeply appreciate Fundación AON España’s continued trust over the years, especially in this initiative. Our Charity Paddle Tournament, now in its 18th edition, has enjoyed the enthusiastic participation of many AON employees and volunteers, all of whom have shown exceptional commitment.”
The paddle tournament is an inclusive, family-oriented sporting event, featuring nearly 200 players, including adapted league athletes from various countries. The event also includes a diversity awareness court, children’s activities, a raffle, a cocktail reception, and more.
