Konecta Foundation receives the “IMPACT” AEERC 2025 Award on its 20th Anniversary for its pioneering and sustainable contribution to social and labor inclusion

– The award, presented by the Spanish Association of Customer Relationship Experts (AEERC), recognizes two decades of unwavering commitment during which the Foundation has supported the employment and professional growth of more than 16,000 individuals at risk of social exclusion worldwide.
Madrid, October 15, 2025. The AEERC has honored the Konecta Foundation with the IMPACT AEERC 2025 Award, celebrating its 20 years of transformative action in promoting social and labor inclusion through innovation, technology, and professional training, all within a framework of sustainability and global impact.
The award ceremony was held at Konecta headquarters in the iconic Los Cubos building on Madrid’s M-30. There, the Foundation reaffirmed its position as a catalyst for change, leveraging the Group’s resources to broaden and strengthen its social strategy.
The IMPACT AEERC 2025 Award underscores Konecta Foundation’s steadfast commitment to excellence in corporate social responsibility, as well as its contribution to the creation of shared value that benefits both the customer relationship sector and society at large.
Since its creation in 2005, the Foundation has developed an extensive portfolio of programs that have supported over 220,000 people facing social and employment barriers – including individuals with disabilities, vulnerable women, and unemployed youth. Furthermore, it has enabled the hiring of more than 16,000 people through training programs and strategic job placement partnerships.
Konecta Foundation is now embarking on a new stage of international expansion, operating under a unified global social brand across all the countries where Konecta is present. This “glocal” model aims to amplify social impact, address the specific challenges of each region, and strengthen the Foundation’s strategic coherence and global identity.
José Francisco Rodríguez, President of AEERC, presented the IMPACT 2025 Award, highlighting the Foundation’s enduring legacy and forward-looking vision:
