Inkluye School – Peru: inclusion, diversity & employment

Award-winning employability initiative for groups at risk of exclusion
The Inkluye program in Peru is a diversity and inclusion initiative led by Konecta with support from Konecta Foundation. It focuses on three strategic pillars:
- Training
- Employment Integration
- Ongoing Support
Participants receive:
- Specialized training in customer service and soft skills
- Personalized support to enter and succeed in the workforce
- Sensitivity training for all staff to foster inclusive workplace environments
The program targets six vulnerable groups:
- People with disabilities
- Low-income individuals
- Women survivors of violence or trafficking
- LGTBIQ+ community members
- Adults over 50
- Migrants
All staff involved complete mandatory workshops on bias awareness and inclusive communication.

people from vulnerable groups successfully integrated into Konecta’s workforce in Peru.
