Konecta strengthens inclusion through the partnership with Fundación Capacis

Konecta has reinforced its commitment to workplace inclusion by hosting a one-month internship for Luis, a student from Fundación Capacis, an organization that supports young people with intellectual disabilities.
The initiative is part of a broader collaboration aimed at creating professional opportunities through training, personalized guidance, and the “Employment with Support” methodology.
A successful integration into the Konecta HR team
Luis joined Konecta’s Human Resources department during the summer. His integration was carefully planned with structured tasks and mentoring to ensure a smooth start. Over the course of the internship, he contributed to internal communication projects, redesigning presentations, creating campaign materials, and testing new digital tools.
The experience allowed him to gain autonomy and confidence while providing fresh ideas and creativity that enriched the team’s output.
Fundación Capacis job coaches collaborated closely with Konecta, ensuring that the internship aligned with Luis’ skills and personal growth objectives. The approach proved effective in promoting motivation and inclusion, even during remote work.
